Marys Painting terms and conditions on warranty
Warranty is subject to the following :
1. Mary’s Painting has been paid in full for the
workmanship according to the contract document.
2. This warranty does not cover any damage to a
person or property arising from the use of any of
the products or materials, such as cleaning
products or chemicals on surfaces that were
painted or refinished
3. This warranty stands null and void if any
modifications or changes are made to the product
or materials, used in connection with the project
without the prior written consent of the Marys
Painting
4. This warranty shall only be valid if all projects
closeout documents have been duly received by
Marys Painting
Exclusions
The following cause/reasons are not covered under
this warranty
1. Damage caused by negligence, wildlife,
intentional, or unintentional, gouging, scraping or
failure to properly maintain painting project such
as touching/using area prior to it curing/drying
completely
2. Damage is caused by conditions beyond control,
such as but not limited to act of god (flooding,
lightning, extreme weather)
3. Damage caused by water damage, mold, mildew,
or anything out of control of Marys Painting
Claims
All the claims under this warranty must be submitted
in writing within 30 days of the defect becoming
apparent
Hey, that contractor must be given a reasonable
opportunity to investigate and to remedy any defects
found subsequently, the contractor reserves the right
to inspect the working question and determine, and
it’s sole discretion, whether the workmanship is
defective
Client understands that failure to give timely notice as
set out in this will void this warranty
Resolution
In the event that a problem with the work should arise,
the contractor will have a reasonable time not to
exceed 15 days to remedy the problem
Replacement products, if required, will be the same
type, quality as the original product
Non-transferable
This warranty is non-transferable, and shall be voided
if the ownership of the property on which the work
was performed is transferred to another party prior to
expiration of the warranty.
Governing laws
This contract will be governed under the laws of
Arkansas
